The worksheet illustrates the relationship between your triggers also known as Antecedents (stimulus that can activate a behaviour, thought or feeling) your Beliefs (irrational beliefs) and the Consequences of your beliefs when it comes to anxiety. Identifying antecedents (triggers), challenging the irrational beliefs and replacing them with rational ones will help you manage anxiety.
