A four communication style worksheet contains a series of questions that will help you identify your dominant communication style out of the following:
Passive communication is a style of communication where one fails to express his or her own needs and opinions and instead values the needs of others.
Aggressive communication. Is a style whereby one expresses his or her own feelings and opinions while disregarding those of others.
Passive-aggressive communication is a style in which one appears to be a passive communicator but expresses their anger towards the said object in an indirect and subtle way.
Assertive communication. Assertive communication is considered to be the most efficient style of communication. Assertive communication is a style in which an individual expresses his or her own needs, opinions and rights while also respecting those of others.
